Payments for orders are processed by our e-commerce company called element 5. They take payment and supply the serial number and the download link for Download versions of the software.

For physical products and upgrades, element 5 takes payment and pass the information onto us to supply the goods. Physical products are shipped via international sign for delivery service. It can take between 4-8 working days to deliver, depending on the location of the final destination.

Upgrades are checked by Microspot for eligibility and sent via the email supplied by the customer, if this email is incorrect and no other form of communication has been supplied such as a phone number or fax number, we will have to wait until the customer contacts us. It is also possible that the email address supplied was correct but the customer has a junk mail filter, one is advised to check that folder.
