No. The two formats differ. Two separate sets are available - Symbol Libraries - Mac and Symbol Libraries - PC.

If you want to share your own libraries created in either MacDraft or PC Draft with the opposite number, you must create a document version of the symbol libraries (i.e. create a .mdd document that contain these) and then open that document in the opposite number and copy into the symbol library.
