We can provide training wherever you are in the world via our online training service for the following products:

The training is provided by use of the screen sharing feature of Apple's iChat so we can take control of your mouse to show you exactly how to use your software and at the same time talk you through it.

You can choose from any of the below training options. During the checkout process you will be asked for your AIM screen name and the name of the software you require training on. Once your purchase is complete we will call you to arrange a date and time for the training to comense, if possible we will complete the training on the same day.

We are based in the UK therefore training times are:

UK GMT 9am - 5pm
US Pacific 1am - 9am
US Central 3am - 11pm
US Eastern 4am - 12pm

* If you require more time then you can increase the quantity in your shopping cart i.e. you could have 2 x 30 minute Q&A sessions to make 1 hour. If you are not sure how much time you need we can arrange open ended sessions where you pay for the first hour and if we over run we can charge you for the rest afterwards, in this case please contact us.
