When will my order/upgrade be delivered?

For downloads, the download link is automatically supplied by our e-commerce company element 5 as well as the serial number, via email. For any queries, please contact element 5 customer services directly - Click here to take you to their web page.

For physical orders, we receive confirmation of physical orders from element 5 once your payment details have been processed and the product is normally shipped on the next working day. Delivery can take up to 8 working days depending on where you reside.

For upgrades,  we receive confirmation of upgrades from element 5 once your payment details have been processed. We then verify the serial number that has been supplied  and once the serial number you are upgrading has been verified, upgrade serial number and the download link to the upgrade is supplied.

If you purchased the product from other than Microspot directly, or you have not registered your product with Microspot, verification of serial number can take time and delay in sending the upgrade is inevitable. Upgrade may be refused if the serial number can not be verified or one is unable to supply proof of purchase  when requested as well as when product is being upgraded is in a localized version such as French or japanese. Users of such version should contact their local dealer.
